Title: Favorite Cinnamon Rolls

Yield: 16 Servings

DOUGH
1pkYeast
1/2cWater, warm
2 1/2cFlour, bread
1cFlour, whole wheat
3tbSugar
1/4cMelted butter
2/3cMilk, warm
2 Eggs
FILLING
1/2cMelted butter
1cNuts, chopped
1/2cSugar, brown, packed
1/2cRaisins, soaked in water
1/2cSugar
1tbCinnamon
ICING
2cPowdered sugar
1 Juice from orange or lemon
2tbCorn syrup

Put in all ingredients in the order listed above for the dough. Select manual by pressing menu button till manual and white brad button are lit.  When the cycle is over, it beeps and shuts off. Roll dough out on a floured boeard to a large thin rectangle, 22 by 14 inches. Brush dough with melted butter. Combine filling ingredients. Sprinkle dough with this mixture. Roll jelly roll fashion, starting with the long edge. Seal edges, slice into 15-20 rolls. Place cut side down onto baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place till doubled, about 45 minutes. Bake at 350F degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Drizzle with icing. Makes approx. 16 rolls. DAK/Breadmaker Recipes - jean hores
